The project deals with water as a main component in the environment. The project consists of three parts to be realized in time of its lasting. During the first year is the main topic using of water in everyday life, domestic water consumption, water supply and influence of water on our life. During the second year run the experiments and outdoor activities (determination of plants and animals in and by water biotops and characteristic representatives in every country and ecological factors which act on water ecosystems, different communities and differences in nature). The third year is reserved for pollution control and water saving, current problems in our towns and finding of solutions for the problems of the others. Behind environmental theme there are also some important aims: to overcome a language barrier among participants of the project by improving their knowledge of foreign languages, to recognize other nations’ culture and to recognize participants’ own national identity. At the end of the project all reports and commentaries will help students and other people to understand the influence of water on our life and on all organisms on the Earth.

School year 2007/2008

• Dne 4.10.2007 uspořádala Národní agentura pro evropské vzdělávací programy Tématický monitoring běžících projektů v rámci Programu celoživotního učení (programy Comenius, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig). Konference se uskutečnila na rektorátu VUT Brno. Společným tématem byl udržitelný rozvoj. V rámci této konference jsme prezentovali náš projekt Comenius "Water brings life, life needs water". • Dne 8.11.2007 uspořádalo školské zařízení pro environmentální vzdělávání Lipka Konferenci o ekologické výchově (KONEV). Konference proběhla v Kongresovém centru BVV Brno. V rámci konference jsme prezentovali náš projekt "Water brings life, life needs water". Více na stránkách Lipky a EnviWebu.
